Dr. Mitchell Osborne is a UNC - Chapel Hill alumni with over 13 years of professional health and fitness experience. He discovered chiropractic after suffering a debilitating back injury in 2008; his pain that persisted for well over a year was gone in a flash. Afterwards, he pursued numerous certifications in functional movement, rehabilitative/corrective exercise, and neurological integration therapies. He used this knowledge to great effect with his personal training and bodywork clients by immediately identifying movement dysfunction and muscular imbalances and prescribing the perfect exercise and/or soft tissue therapy to resolve the issue.
He left North Carolina and headed to upstate New York to begin his chiropractic career at New York Chiropractic College where he graduated with honors in 2020. He has apprenticed under Dr. Nick Wise since returning to Chapel Hill in October 2020, where he learned a host of treatment methods including Cranial Laser Reflex Technique.
Dr. Osborne believes that the human body has but one purpose – to move. If it loses that, it loses the grace and beauty of its design. So, he incorporates movement education and corrective exercise into his chiropractic treatments with the aim of keeping his patients in healthy, pain-free perpetual motion.
